Patient Portal is a secure, HIPAA-compliant, and convenient way to communicate for routine matters like scheduling, payments, refills, and brief follow-up questions.
The Patient Portal is only checked during normal business hours (M-F 8:30am-5pm) excluding weekends and major holidays.
Scheduling: You could schedule, cancel or re-schedule your appointment through the portal. Note that any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will incur a late cancellation fee.
Messages: You could securely send messages, files, and forms through the portal. Please use it for non-urgent questions or routine matters only, as responses may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). For more detailed or new concerns, an appointment may be needed so we can give you the attention you deserve. If something is urgent, please call the office directly.
Refills: Medication refills could be requested through the portal. Please allow up to 48 hoursexcluding weekends and major holidays to fulfill the request. Refills will not be provided for missed or cancelled visits.
Invoice and Payment: You could download a copy of your superbill, as well as update your payment method through the portal.
