To continue your care without interruption, please complete the following steps:

For current patients who have been attending regular follow-ups, please schedule a "Medication Management Follow-Up". (You will not need a new evaluation or initial consultation). If the patient is <18 or taking controlled prescriptions AND it has been over one year since I last saw you in office, please schedule for an in-person office visit. Please note that all appointments require a credit card on file to hold the scheduled time slot.

3. COMPLETE TRANSFER CONSENT FORMS

After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive Transfer Consent Forms to review and sign. These forms include the updated Service Agreement, Telepsychiatry Consent, and authorization form to transfer your records to Growing Minds Psychiatry.

Updated office policies:

In-Person Visits: Pediatric patients must be seen in-person at least once per year. Patients prescribed controlled medications (such as stimulants or benzodiazepines) are also required to have at least one in-office visit annually.

Fees: Follow-up visits are now $225 per session for new patients moving forward. For existing patients, I will honor the previous rate until the end of 2026. See "Finances" for additional changes to the fee schedule.

In-person availability: During this transition, in addition to Tuesdays, I will temporarily open up Friday and Saturday appointments for in-person visits.

Virtual availability: I will still use Zoom for virtual appointments. I will have a few after school virtual slots available as well.

Credit Card Authorization: All appointments require a credit card on file to hold the scheduled time slot. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Credit cards on file will be charged the day of the appointment. Cancellation fees will also be charged if there is a no-show or late cancellation less than 24 hours in advance.

Patient Portal: Patients may now schedule appointments and communicate with Dr. Redd and staff through the secure Patient Portal. See the Patient Portal section for details.
Medication Refills: Refills could be requested through the portal. Please allow up to 48 hours excluding weekends and major holidays to fulfill the request. Refills will not be provided for missed or cancelled visits.

Controlled Prescriptions: Anyone prescribed controlled medications will need to review and sign the Controlled Prescriptions Policy.
